Plantenga, Dorine

Dorine Plantenga is an international trainer, coach and consultant in gender, identity, conflict and development, with an experience of more than 25 years. Her main interest is in the methodology of facilitating processes of change, aiming at (gender) equality at personal, organisational and political level. Feminist leadership and 'theories of change' are her specific focus. She is experienced in the 'Theatre of the oppressed' techniques of Augusto Boal. Since 2003 she works as an independent trainer, coach and consultant, based in the Hague, the Netherlands.
