Mama Cash is looking for an all-round HR support professional interested in working at the heart of an international organisation supporting feminist movements around the world.  
 
Mama Cash is the oldest women’s fund in the world and mobilises resources from individuals and institutions to successfully defend and advance women’s, girls’, trans and intersex people’s human rights globally.

As our HR Operations Support at Mama Cash, you support the organisation and its people with a wide range of HR matters, from (sick) leave registration, recruitment to onboarding and offboarding. You get to apply and expand your knowledge of the Dutch CAO Social Work and labour law and help create efficient HR policies and processes for Mama Cash.  
 
We are looking for someone who thrives in an international, purpose driven, context and enjoys working independently and is service driven with an eye for detail. You have an MBO/HBO education in HR or in administration with HR knowledge, are fully proficient in Dutch and English and familiar with Dutch labour law issues and CAO’s. You will be running the day-to-day HR processes for Mama Cash in close collaboration with the Senior HR Officer and the Deputy Director People, Finance and Operations.   
 
This position is for 36 hours a week, and at Mama Cash we work in a hybrid, flexible model. This means you’ll be working 2 to 3 days a week from our office in the city centre of Amsterdam and 1 to 2 days a week from home, depending on your preference. Fully office based is also possible. The salary scale is scale 8 CAO Social Work with a minimum salary of 2.836 EUR and a maximum salary of 4.040 EUR, plus holiday allowance, 13th month and individual training budget, among other benefits.
