Implementing a Feminist Foreign Policy: the role of women faith actors (panel discussion)

Date: 31-10-2023
Time: 13:30 - 15:00 hrs
Location: Cordaid Offices, Grote Marktstraat 45, The Hague

Religion plays a vital part in the lives of billions of people. It influences the way people live, their decision-making, and the way a society or community is organised. A successful feminist foreign policy therefore needs to incorporate religion, and female faith actors need to be involved in its implementation.

  • The crucial role of women faith actors in the implementation of a feminist foreign policy.
  • Engaging women faith actors to strengthen local peace and security processes.
  • Linking grassroots and international efforts to strengthen the implementation of a feminist foreign policy.
