Princess Day 2021: Small jobs, big risks. An inclusive labor market for practically educated women

Date: 13-09-2021
Time: 13.30 - 16.30 uur
Location: Online and Nieuwspoort

Women who have small jobs are vulnerable. This is certainly true for women with practical training, often in flexible jobs, with little growth and training opportunities. And although women are on average going to work more, the participation of women with a practical education in the labor market is lagging behind. The problem is not new, but it is persistent and it is becoming more urgent. How can we break the pattern of small part-time jobs among women in the bedrock of the labor market? What is needed from men, women, employers and politics to force a breakthrough?
