Turkey steps out of Istanbul convention, critics say declares women 'outlaws'

The Istanbul Convention was supposed to monitor women's rights and prevent violence against women. Turkey is now stepping out of it; a number of European countries have already rejected the treaty. But also in the Netherlands we don't abide by this treaty very well. With a contribution by WO=MEN's Anika Snel.
