Targeting NGOs and lawyers, this session spotlights how NGOs can drive real legal change. Speakers share Dutch strategies against marital captivity, forced marriage, and FGM, showing how strategic litigation, policy advocacy, and survivor-centered approaches shift laws and save lives.
 
Panelists explore cross-border collaboration, powerful partnerships, and adapting innovations globally. The session emphasizes amplifying survivor voices, using evidence to pressure policymakers, and inspiring NGOs worldwide to challenge harmful practices, strengthen enforcement, and advance women’s rights with courage and impact.
