The spectacular finale of the Rally for Women's Rights Festival will be the amazing Sex Workers Who Changed History Fashion Show!

This show takes you on a journey through the history of sex work. It is a colorful tribute to all sex workers who have fought for women's and queer rights and against slavery.

Sex workers are fighters, rebels, revolutionaries, heroines, and heroes! Sex workers have changed the world!

‘Whore’ is one of the worst insults for a woman. The stigma against sex workers creates risks for sex workers. For some of us, it is therefore scary to participate in this fashion show. But we are doing it anyway. To show you: here we are!

The models are sex workers and our friends, because we believe it is important that not only sex workers but also others (researchers, social workers, actors) speak out for sex workers' rights. Collaboration and solidarity reinforces our message.

The beautiful costumes were made by the Trans Sisters, a collective of creative queer refugees. The text is narrated by actress Monic Hendrickx.

Can't wait? You can find a preview here, although every show is different: Sex Workers Who Changed History Fashion Show.

After the Fashion Show, everyone is welcome to celebrate the day with drinks & dancing!
