Climate Justice Needs Young Feminists event

Date: 08-03-2022
Time: 19.00
Location: Bibliotheek Neude Utrecht

Are you eager to expose climate change and don't know how? Or are you a seasoned feminist who wants to make more of an impact? Come to the 'Climate Justice Needs Young Feminists' event in Utrecht on International Women's Day 2022, Tuesday 8 March at 19:00, and discover with other young people a world where climate and feminism meet.

During this interactive event, organized in partnership with Oxfam Novib, we'll give you the right tools to figure out which issue you care about and get to work designing a strategy to engage with policymakers and politicians. We will have a panel discussion with inspiring speakers and you will also get the unique opportunity to talk to members of the Dutch Delegation to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) and with Sanne van der Voort, representative of Dutch civil society. During the closing drinks we will have a nice chat with each other and there will be plenty of opportunity to network!

The event will be hosted in Dutch, but will also offer an online space, including translation into English, so you can participate if you can't come to Utrecht and/or if you don't speak Dutch, and communicate online with other changemakers!  Keep an eye on this spot for the registration link.
