6th annual 'Gender-Just Climate Solutions' Awards

The Women and Gender Constituency invites participants to the 6th annual 'Gender-Just Climate Solutions' Awards.
These awards aim to showcase transformative solutions for a more just, equal and healthy planet. All types of activists, grassroots and women-led organizations and groups working on issues related to climate change are encouraged to apply. Three winning award recipients will receive a seed grant of €2000 Euro, travel support to attend COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland (depending on COVID-19), and mentorship opportunities - while runners-up will be showcased in a publication, online platform and awards ceremony.

🕖 The deadline for entries is Saturday, July 31st, 2021, 11 pm EST.  
Check out this video of Sevidzem Ernestine Leikeki (CAMGEW), GJCS award winner of 2019 who has been involved in regeneration and livelihood improvement in the Kilum-Ijim forest area since 2012 and was awarded for the commitment to a gender just climate policy.
