Comments submitted to CEDAW for General Recommendation 30 about Women in Conflict Situations

On December 8, 2025, the Dutch CEDAW Network and WO=MEN Dutch Gender Platform submitted their joint comments to the UN Committee on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
 
The comments concern the Addendum to General Recommendation 30 (GR30) on women in conflict prevention, conflict, and post-conflict situations. The joint comments put forward include recommendations to further strengthen the implementation of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda.
